By accessing or using Riftcast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Riftcast provides machine-learning-based win probability predictions for professional League of Legends matches. The Service is offered on a free tier and a paid Premium tier.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All predictions are generated by statistical models trained on historical data. They do not guarantee any outcome. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You acknowledge that predictions may be inaccurate and that you use them entirely at your own risk. Riftcast shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on predictions provided by the Service.

4. Not Betting or Financial Advice

The Service does not provide betting advice, financial advice, or any form of professional guidance. Predictions should not be used as the sole basis for wagering, investment, or any financial decision.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, models, and data processing on the Service are the property of Riftcast. "League of Legends" and related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute predictions or data from the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction models
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riftcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or wagering.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
